Randy Millican was raised in small town Texas to hard working parents. After high school, he enlisted in the US Army with the mission of becoming a medic on a helicopter. His first tour, he served as an operating room tech; often interacting with the crews of DustOff.
His second tour, he finally landed in DustOff.
After his service to his country, he became a Texas Police Officer, Firefighter and Paramedic-continuing to serve. He continues to serve as a volunteer officer with 50+ years.
He and his wife, Kelly, reside in the Texas Hill Country.
